Assist Chief Financial Officer in all facets of asset management of the portfolio
Prepare an extract(s) of all contracts, leases, and ongoing successor obligations

Relay all pertinent information to front desk agents, telecommunications, the following shift supervisor. Ensure all necessary reports and forms are completed daily.
