PM Line Cook

The Hilton Garden Inn – Issaquah is searching for a part-time Line Cook. This position requires an evening schedule, 3PM – 11PM, shifts are 6-8 hours. The position is for line cook for an upscale dinner menu. It includes prep cook work as well and assistance with banquet food. Must be willing to wash dishes & pans, keep dish storage areas neat, and oversee trash & recycling areas. Must be able to work independently. This person must be able to communicate in English with staff members.
Must be able to lift large and heavy boxes, trays, and dishware of 50 lbs.
