Lara Latture has been with THG since 1998 and oversees hotel operations and marketing functions for all properties within the portfolio.

Latture's 17 years of sales and marketing experience include management positions with Hilton Hotels and Resorts and Grand Heritage Hotels in Texas. Additionally, she held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at StarFleet Entertain­ment Yachts in Clear Lake, Texas.

She joined THG as Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn on the Beach in Galveston, Texas. In her current position as Executive Vice President, Latture's primary focus is the management of new hotel acquisitions, including market studies, due diligence, brand coordination, construction, and completion of renovation in addition to supervision of all property-level executive staff.  She also coordinates all national and regional sales/marketing activities as well as hotel openings. Under her dynamic leadership she nurtures the people-centric culture at THG through the planning and execution of company team training meetings.

The Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association named Latture a Certified Hotel Administrator.(AH&LA) She was also featured in Hotel & Motel Management Magazine “People you need to know in the Industry” as well as in a “60-Second Profile” in Lodging Magazine. Latture is also an active member of the Hilton Doubletree Owner’s Advisory Council, serves on the IAHI Crowne Plaza Committee, and is on the Executive Council of AH&LA’ s Women in Lodging to promote women’s leadership in executive positions. She attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she studied Business Administration.
