Robert Lee is Vice President of The Hotel Group, a position he has held since 2004. Prior to that, he was Director of Operations.  In his current post, Lee is responsible for a wide variety of functions related to THG properties, including leading owned hotel renovations, new construction projects and client communications. He participates in strategic planning, client relationships and feasibility analysis for future THG developments.

Lee has significant experience in hotel openings and renovations, and has contributed to the success of a number of new construction and renovation projects. He has opened 13 properties in the past 10 years and managed more than $50 million in major renovations. Prior to assuming his current role, he worked in customer service, accounting and hotel development.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Central Washington University.
