As Payroll/Insurance Specialist for THG, Shannon Cotterill oversees services related to Workers' Compensation Insurance, Payroll and Bank Reconciliations. Making sure that THG employees are paid on time, promoting company-wide safety for staff and guests, and providing quality service are her top priorities.

Cotterill came to THG in 1986 with a background in education and office management. She began with the company as Office Manager, following a similar position with H&R Block and serving as an Educational Aide with the Snohomish School District. She started her own accounting business in 1989, continuing to work closely with THG by providing many services for the company. She rejoined THG in 2008 after achieving Microsoft Certification and completing training in Automatic Data Processing and Payroll Services.

A resident of Snohomish, Cotterill presently is a member of the Snohomish Women’s Network. She attended Washington State University and has studied at Lake Washington VoTech Institute and Edmonds  Community College.
