John Blair, regional controller, loves the "culture of teamwork at THG. In my role I need to coordinate the work of many employees across all levels of the company to produce financial statements in a timely manner. By working effectively with property staff, as well as the executive team, I am able to contribute accounting services in an efficient and accurate manner. I'm constantly amazed at the ability of this company to work together and overcome challenges. It's inspiring!"

A lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, he is a graduate of Whitman College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Upon graduation he pursued further studies at the University of Washington, where he earned his Certificate of Accounting. John served in various guest services capacities at several luxury hotel properties throughout Puget Sound area, as well as working as marketing analyst for a freight company, and joined THG in the Edmonds office in 2004.

His hobbies include camping and hiking.
