Ron Wallace's knowledge of both accounting and THG practices is profound as he's been with the company since 1992! He began at the property level in an accounting role and was promoted to the corporate level after assisting with several hotel transitions. As Regional Controller, Ron's direct experience in hotel operations-including accounting and auditing, staff management, guest services, and technology- is invaluable in allowing him to assist properties with the complexities of maintaining the utmost accuracy with their records.

Wallace says that it's the people he works with that make him want to come to the office everyday. "THG is a people company and all the employees, guests and clients are made to feel, wanted, needed, and a part of something special," he says.

Ron's favorite pastime is gardening.
