"I love seeing the 'light bulb' go on for someone during one of my accounting training sessions" says Regional Controller Jessica Vint. "Helping staff problem solve makes my day", she adds.

Jessica joined THG in 1996 as a controller at one of the company's full-service properties in Southern California. In 1998, she served as general manager for a limited service property in Oregon, and then relocated to the Edmonds to join the corporate staff.

Her responsibilities include assisting in acquisition transitions to ensure that THG's accounting systems are implemented smoothly. She also handles financial statement preparation, cash flow projection, and day-to-day accounting functions for several of the company's managed hotels.

Jessica is a member of the Greater Puget Sound Chapter of Hospitality Financial Technology Professionals where she has also served as treasurer. She is currently serving as co-chair of the Leadership Academy Board for the HFTP 2008 Annual Convention.

Her favorite pastimes include experiences with her husband and children.
