"Our mission is to create maximum investment value for our client partners and to provide personal and professional growth opportunities for our associates."
Our primary guiding principle is personal and professional integrity. It is the standard by which we make our decisions and measure our actions, as well as the value that we most strive to practice in our business relationships.

Jason Rabidoux loves numbers, especially when they add up to the company’s hotel portfolio’s overall success.  Jason is Asset Manager for The Hotel Group and joined the team in April 2008.  He reports to CFO Randy Meyer and his job falls into three areas: hotel acquisitions and dispositions, THG’s Opportunity Fund analysis and real estate portfolio management. A daunting job for sure, but Jason insists it’s a team effort.  "I'm just one player in the huddle," he emphasizes.

Jason joined THG from HREC Investment Advisors in Greenwood Village, CO, where he was Senior Associate in their brokerage and investment banking division. As an Alumnus of The School of Hospitality Business, Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, Jason is an active member on both the Alumni Board of Directors and Real Estate Development Advisory Board for The School. Additionally, Jason is a founding board member of Young Hospitality Investment Professionals ("YHIP"), an under-35 hotel investment think tank and networking organization.

I’m fortunate to work at a company that is committed to growth and delivering maximum investment value for hotel investors while empowering an all-star team to create a great guest experience.  Jason credits THG leadership for having a focused service culture.

When Jason isn’t scrutinizing hotel deals and performance, he spends time enjoying the Seattle culture with his wife Rachel.  Jason loves the Pacific Northwest which also allows him the opportunity for some great fishing.
