"Our mission is to create maximum investment value for our client partners and to provide personal and professional growth opportunities for our associates."
Our primary guiding principle is personal and professional integrity. It is the standard by which we make our decisions and measure our actions, as well as the value that we most strive to practice in our business relationships.

Karina Olivo loves her job because of the "great people to work with." As Payroll Clerk, Karina interacts with a wide variety of people in the THG family every day. Her "organizational skills, multitasking ability, self-discipline, and hard work" make her a perfect fit for her job.

Prior to joining The Hotel Group, Karina worked as a consultant for several Washington-based travel companies. She also has extensive experience promoting Spanish literacy, having served both as a Spanish tutor and as the Spanish Early Literacy Facilitator for the King County Libraries in Bothell and Shoreline, Washington.

Karina studied Business and Travel & Tourism at Edmonds Community College. She now attends Central Washington University Lynnwood, where she plans to receive a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and Administrative Management.

In her free time, Karina likes to work out, watch movies, and hang out with her family and friends.
