"Our mission is to create maximum investment value for our client partners and to provide personal and professional growth opportunities for our associates."
Our primary guiding principle is personal and professional integrity. It is the standard by which we make our decisions and measure our actions, as well as the value that we most strive to practice in our business relationships.

Lindsay Morris joined THG in July 2006. She serves as budget analyst and also assists with purchasing. Her background as a sales support representative for Anderson Daymon Worldwide, an in-house broker company for Costco Wholesale, and as an administrative assistant for Seattle Hospitality gives her great experience in dealing with the diversity of tasks her role requires.

How does she feel about her job? "It is so easy to get up in the morning and drive to work knowing that today holds new and exciting challenges" she says, adding "I love working for a company who has such a strong customer service ethic."

Lindsay is an enthusiastic alumni of Western Washington University (insisting we insert "Go Vikings" into her biography) where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing.

Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing softball and volleyball, traveling, and scrap-booking. She says "I day-dream of living in the Hamptons next to Martha Stewart and one day single handedly taking over her empire!"
