Eileen Mitchell serves as the Benefits Coordinator for THG, ensuring that all employee insurance enrollments are processed in a timely manner. She is of the philosophy that by keeping the insurance needs of THG’s employees running smoothly, they will be more productive in their jobs and more attentive to the needs of their guests. 

Used to working within a hectic environment, Eileen brings to THG strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Previously she worked for eight years within the Edmonds School District as Secretary to the Community Relations Manager and Secretary to the Superintendent. It was there that she learned diplomacy and discretion of sensitive issues and information – two attributes that are critical as a Benefits Coordinator. Eileen is detail oriented, creative and resourceful in completing projects alone or as part of a team, and proficient in all areas of office computing. More importantly, she is truly concerned with the welfare of THG employees and works diligently to ensure their issues are managed to the best of her ability.

When not at THG, Eileen prefers to spend time with her husband and four grandchildren, either at home in Edmonds or camping nearby.
