Morgan Hale serves as Human Resources Generalist working directly with THG properties to keep operations running smoothly so employees can focus on providing quality guest service. She assists with all human resources functions, including recruiting, training, payroll, compliance, transitions and openings and more. Morgan enjoys working in a dynamic environment, problem solving and brainstorming ways to keep THG employees happy, healthy and enjoying their work. She believes that satisfied team members translate to exceptional service for guests and clients.

Morgan is relatively new to the hospitality industry. A 2008 graduate from the University of Washington, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a focus on Economics and International Development Studies. Through this education, Morgan brings to THG a strong understanding of global economic trends and policies and the impact that globalization, inequality and regional development play in hotel management and human resources. While putting herself through school, Morgan worked for Intellect Space Corp. in Seattle, responsible for project management and promotional production. She also worked as an Administrative and Active Living Assistant for Merrill Gardens LLC, Seattle, organizing and facilitating resident activities and events.

When not at THG, Morgan spends her time studying, performing and teaching dance, training for triathlons, mountain biking and hiking with her dog, Sam.
