"Our mission is to create maximum investment value for our client partners and to provide personal and professional growth opportunities for our associates."
Our primary guiding principle is personal and professional integrity. It is the standard by which we make our decisions and measure our actions, as well as the value that we most strive to practice in our business relationships.

"If it's new, I want to learn about it" exclaims Robin Koetje, THG's director of information & technology. "Technology is always changing and it's exciting to research and implement systems and solutions that are going to be user-friendly and cost effective."

As a Certified Hospitality Technology Professional and member of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, Robin is well-versed in the application of tools used in accounting systems, in-room technologies, communications, networking and computer systems. "It's important to know the advantages of new applications, but just as important to understand the impact of change" notes Robin. "Change can be disruptive, even though the final result is positive. I weigh the pros and cons of implementing new technology to ensure that all of our tools are not only user-friendly, but that their purchase produces a good return on investment for our client."

Robin was employed with one of THG's properties prior to joining the corporate staff in Seattle. He holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a member of the University of Washington Alumni Association.

Always energetic, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, playing guitar, snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, and, of course, "mastering" video games.
