Keith Cotterill knows that an important part of employee satisfaction is not only that they have a fair benefits package, but that there is someone who can answer questions and concerns consistently and efficiently. That’s one reason he likes his job as benefits administrator saying "I'm dedicated to providing opportunities and to lending a helping hand to THG’s workforce."
Cotterill understands the needs of property-level employees, as he first started with the company at one of its Corvallis, Oregon properties as a guest services agent then later served as sales coordinator. Prior to that, he was the assistant manager of a book-keeping firm that handled 32 clients. Now based in the Edmonds, he joined the corporate office in September 2007.
As for his free time? Anything to do with his family makes Keith smile!
