Molly Bruder joined The Hotel Group (THG) in  2006 as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, Douglas Dreher. In addition to managing several projects for the company, her key responsibility is serving as Mr. Dreher’s right hand, scheduling tasks and managing communications to ensure the internal chain of command operates efficiently.

Molly is instrumental in coordinating the diverse responsibilities of the corporate office with THG’s customers, owners and employees. She also serves as liaison between THG’s Marketing team and its external Public Relations Group, orchestrates conference events and assists in identifying and scheduling speaking opportunities for Mr. Dreher and THG executives.

A taskmaster at heart and extremely proficient in organizational management, Molly brings to THG a diverse background in employment staffing and recruitment. She is of the management philosophy that a company will succeed when it has the right people in the right job, equipped with the right tools.

When she is not at THG, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and her son. Whether she is gardening, hiking or working on household projects, family is, and always will be, her number one focus. Fortunately for those who know her, THG and its customers and employees have become her extended family.
