Though the hospitality industry is new to her, Molly Bruder has an extensive background in customer service. Her career includes employment staffing and recruitment, along with retail, so she understands the importance of having the right people in the right job. Equally important, she says is "that everyone has the tools they need in order to do their job." In her position as Assistant to the President in the Edmonds office, Molly's role is to efficiently coordinate Douglas Dreher's schedule, tasks and communication so that the internal chain of command operates efficiently. She also manages various key projects for the company. "We are such a fast-paced company, with diverse responsibilities to clients, owners and our employees. Though everyone is empowered to make decisions, often they are intricately entwined. I help ensure that we operate efficiently."
Molly joined the company in July of 2006 and notes "Each day presents its own unique challenges. Not only do I get to draw upon on my experiences in order to get the job done, but I love sharing in the brain trust of so many wonderful and talented people. I'm always getting new ideas and learning. I really look forward to coming to work."
Molly enjoys the outdoors (especially when it's sunny!) including gardening and hiking, as well as working on house projects and spending time with her family.
