"Our mission is to create maximum investment value for our client partners and to provide personal and professional growth opportunities for our associates."
Our primary guiding principle is personal and professional integrity. It is the standard by which we make our decisions and measure our actions, as well as the value that we most strive to practice in our business relationships.

"The hotel group has an incredibly supportive team, committed to their team members and guests," says Amy Barrow, Staff Accountant. "It is a privilege to work with such a talented, passionate group of individuals." Amy contributes her own passion to THG, seeking to bring a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn to her work. "I love to challenge myself by learning something new whenever possible. I also always strive to make a difference in any way that I can," she says.

Amy, a relatively new addition to the THG team, has experience working both with hotels and as an accountant. She first joined the hotel industry in 2005 as a Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor at the Hilton Garden Inn in Calsbad Beach, California and was soon promoted to Accounting Manager. In 2008 she assumed a position as Accounting Supervisor at the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland, Washington, where she stayed until joining THG. Amy is pursuing a BA in Accounting from Washington State University.

Amy volunteers in her community on a regular basis. In her free time, she loves to travel, be outdoors, and spend time with her family.
